We are a Capoeira school located in Portland Oregon, directed by Mestre Almiro (Bahia, Brazil). Mestre Almiro teaches capoeira regional in the traditional style as he learned, and perfected, at Acadamia De Bimba in Bahia, Brazil. This blog is dedicated to interal messages, thoughts and ideas about Capoeira Regional. Please feel free to post.
